Part sports car, part SUV, all exhilaration, the second generation Infiniti FX45 Concept continues the original's "Bionic Cheetah" theme, combining sports car performance with SUV utility and an advanced all-wheel system. The aggressive styling of the FX45 Concept, which makes its world debut at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January, is accentuated by its long wheelbase, wide stance, 21-inch wheels and tires, LED taillights and unique roof pillar design. Powering the FX45 is an advanced 300+ horsepower 4.5-liter V8 based on the class-leading 2002 Infiniti Q45 powerplant.

The Infiniti FX45 Concept offers a highly personalized four-passenger interior wrapped in handcrafted Brick-colored leather with polished aluminum accents. This juxtaposition of "warm" and "cool" textures provides a fitting atmosphere for the FX45's balanced combination of high performance and high luxury. Special equipment featured on the FX45 includes polished aluminum pedals, "floating" instrument cluster, large navigation monitor screen and rear seat entertainment system.
