Quick Shift System {Q.S.S.} is a simple but very effective modification to your Toyota truck 5 speed gearbox. Originally designed to alleviate the problem of gear lever travel on body lifted trucks, the QSS shortens the gear lever movement between gears by as much as 50%! This gives your truck gearbox that "race car feel" with quick and slick shifts.

Most body lifted trucks have that very sloppy feel to the gearshift, caused by the need to extend the gear levers, and in many cases this has the by-product of cutting the truck floor around the levers for clearance. You have all driven body lifted trucks where first gear is nearly in the dash panel, and second is between the seats. QSS does away with all that. On our test truck, first to second gear is just 2.5" !

All components are CNC machined for exacting tolerance controls. The shift levers are machined form steel, which meets or exceeds the quality of the original equipment part. They are then zinc plated and given a cool black chrome like finish. The spacer blocks are made from aircraft quality alloy, and then purple anodised for lasting good looks.

Installation is a snap, even for the home mechanic. 8 bolts, two small welds and you're done!
