Colway C-Trax for Freelanders
 Colway has added AT and MT pattern tyres for the Land Rover Freelander to its C-Trax range of 4x4 tyres.
The pair of 'Q' (100mph/160kph) rated C-Trax 215/65R16 tyres are part of the Formula Colway range of retread tyres from Durham manufacturer C-Tyres Ltd, delivering high performance and mileage on and off road at low cost. The C-Trax retread can be expected to retail at around half the price of original equipment tyres.
Colway Formula specification tyres are produced using premium quality original equipment casings and undergo strict quality checks to ensure structural integrity before the retreading process takes place.
A specially designed 'Formula' compound is used in the manufacturing and the casings are treated with a green coloured inner sealant which aids air retention.
'Green' off-roaders will be pleased to note that each Colway produced re-cycles a previously worn casing, requires 50% less raw materials and saves approximately 20 litres of oil over a new tyre.
The Colway C-Trax range - which includes over 50 tyres in four different tread patterns - is available from most independent tyre suppliers. The AT 215/65R16 for the Land Rover Freelander is also available in MT pattern. Both patterns have facility for studding.
