‘ROP’ FOR THE DEFENDER 110 PICK UP

The list of Safety Devices equipment for the Land Rover marque grows even longer with the announcement of a roll cage for the new model Defender 110 Crew Cab Pick Up.

With internal ‘B post’ roll-over hoop and external front and rear sections, the cage is bolted to the chassis in six places and provides full Roll Over Protection for both front and rear seat occupants.

The new cage is specially engineered to allow fitting of the factory rear bed soft top, and features an optional roof rack which mounts on the cage structure. It is expected to be of particular interest to owners and operators in high-risk industries such as construction and mining where ‘ROP’ is required by law.

Manufactured in CDS (Cold Drawn Seamless steel) tubing, the cage and roof rack are zinc treated against corrosion before receiving a durable black powder coat finish.

The cage (Part Number RBL 1857SSS) is priced at £1100 and the roof rack (Part Number RBL 33-17LB) at £295, both figures excluding VAT.
