What does 2002 hold for Land Rover? this could be a make or break year for the company that has changed hands TWICE in recent years. Firstly BMW take over and shake the place up a bit, then just when it was showing some real potential they dump it. This was made all the stranger because they had already sunk millions of dollars into the 3rd Generation Range Rover. Ford pick up the group for a bargain basement price, finish off the Range Rover and launch it to world wide acclaim.

I suppose it's a bit like all those adverts you see from time to time: "Unfinished Project - thousands spent - will take little to finish"
