ISSUE 15

Editor's Comment . . .

The summer is fast approaching, Almost Easter already!

With more events being oranised than ever this year, there's hardly a weekend goes by without there being some reason to get out and get dirty or spend a bit of money on those little shiny bits you never new you needed.

We are planning a major re-launch of this online magazine in a few months time with more facilities, more features, more articles and more to keep you online for hours at a time!

We already have more readers each month than any of the 4x4 and Land Rover magazines but we want more! The best thing for you - our readers - is that we will ensure that access to our magazine will always be free!

To promote this we will be at ALL the UK shows and the major competitions. We're also sponsoring the ARC national in June. If you see us please come and say hello.

Keep Off Roading!

Best Regards
Simon Ward-Hastelow

4x4 OIL
If you just throw in whatever oil you can pick up cheapest at the filling station you should perhaps take a close look at what you're actually using. It could make the difference between an engine that gives years of untroubled service or one which give up after 50,000 km

LEAF SPRINGS
If you drive a 'leafer' you criticise the 'coilers' as not being real off roaders. If you drive a 'coiler' you laugh at how primitive the 'leafers' are. We try to explain the differences and hopefully dispell a few prejudices. Leaf Springs first.
