Driving different terrains often requires different tyre pressures for optimum traction. Inflatingand and deflating your tyres to the correct pressure can be time consuming and also a bit hit-and-miss if you're in a hurry. The Staun Tyre Deflators are the best method we've ever seen for DEFLATING to the correct pressure, far better than the age-old 'matchstick method'. There is no official standard-fit option for a bonnet mount spare wheel carrier for the TD5 Defenders. The bonnet is not structually as rigid as previous models and the engine is slightly taller. Mounting a spare wheel on the bonnet just creates a large hammer that will slap your TD5 cover at every opportunity. Step forward French company RR Concept with an ingenious and neatly executed solution.
