DOWNLOAD EDITION (18.8mb)
(Download the PDF and read at your leisure, there is no copy protection so you can copy it, share it with anyone you like or print off pages, the more the better! You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5 or above to open it)

DIGITAL EDITION
(This is a neat system that allows you to read digital magazines online. You need to be connected to the internet while reading and a broadband connection is recommended but you can still print pages for reading on the throne and bookmark pages just like any other web page)

News
The latest 4x4 News, more in depth than usual, less page filling snippets and more comment and analysis
New Cars
The Latest 4x4s to be seen in the showrooms, and some that haven't made it just yet. The Ford Explorer Concept and the Toyota A-BAT might never make it but the Mahindra pickup, the Mini SUV and the 5litre Range Rovers definitely will!
New Gear
Mud Stuff switch legends, convenient OS navigation on your mobile phone, replacement fuel filters for those using Veg Oil for fuel and Maxpedition hardwear, probably the best expedition bags and cases on the planet.
Armchair Offroad
THe RGS Expeditition Handbook is a superb tool for anyone planning an overland trip, inca-Kola is a great travelogue of exactly what COULD happen and the April issue of LRO is a must read for all Land Rover owners. Also there is a great new Off-Road game on the way.
Ben Carlin's Half Safe
Take a de-mobbed Ford GPW (amphibious Jeep) bung a load of kit in the back and set off across the Atlantic - yes he DID do it!
Serendipity - part two
Damian's journey of discovery with his Series I continues.
Defender Azalai
This particular camper conversion really does take the endurance out of the expedition. Travel off-road and travel in comfort.

Land Rover Newbie
Not new to off-roading but new to the Green Oval, Richard is on a steep lurning curve but he's tackling it at full throttle
20 Questions
Andrew Graham from Allisport gives us his views on the 4x4 world
Events - 4x4 Adventure Challenge
James gives us the full run down on the first winch challenge of the year from 4x4 Adventures.
Events - Ecuador 4x4
Ecuador might not be somewhere you would head off to for a weekend offroading but it offers a great diversity of terrain and has a fanatical band of enthusiasts on tap.
Workshop - fitting Mud Stuff Mud Rails
The best - and simplest - modification a Defender owner can do, they should be standard fit from the factory!!
