The ASA GUARDIAN is an armoured security vehicle based on the platorm of FIAT total terrain military vehicle "Campagnola"
THe ASA was designed and constructed to be employed as an agile armoured vehicle for internal security operations by military and police units, such as riot control functions, escorts and special patrol services.
The whole body was made of armour plates "ASALLOY" of extreme hardness and toughness, to afford protection against hand weapons as well as high velocity fragments. The armoured glasses were the latest development in military technologies at the time.
